CasaSito’s Art & Music Festival 2012 “A Festival for Peace and Non-Violence”

Can you imagine over 400 Guatemalan children coming together in one beautiful place to share, play, create, learn and make their voices heard? United for peace and non-violence, CasaSito’s Art & Music Festival brings together hundreds of local children in a cultural event for the whole community. The 4th annual Art & Music Festival will take place this November 24th at the Centro de Formación de la Cooperación Española in La Antigua. The Festival will present artwork by children and youth who attend educational projects in rural areas around Antigua Guatemala. Go and find yourself captivated by everything from musical presentations to theatre acts, dances, collective art, participatory workshops, and a wonderful art exhibition. Free admission & open to all. 9 AM until 4 PM.
